Search your documents, where they are
Point at a folder and ask. The app searches hundreds of documents on your own computer, scans and photos included, and tells you where it found each answer. Your files do not have to go anywhere.
You ask“What do the rental contracts say about the notice period?”
How it helps. No more evenings leafing through folders: you get the answer with where it was found.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF, actually made
Not just reading but creating and editing: recalculate a spreadsheet, draft a presentation, convert a report or build a quote in your own template. The file then simply sits on your computer.
You ask“Turn these figures into an Excel overview with a chart per month.”
How it helps. You get a file you can use right away, instead of text you still have to retype.
Transcribe and read aloud
A meeting, client call or interview becomes text, with minutes, decisions and action points per person. And the other way round: have a text read aloud.
You ask“List the action points from this meeting per person.”
How it helps. After the meeting there is nothing left to write up: the minutes are ready.
My computer: steer it from your phone
Link the app to your chat once, with a code or QR code. After that the chat, even from your phone, can look at your screen, open a program, click and type, or hand a whole job to the app. Every action asks for your go-ahead first.
You ask“Find the latest version of the project plan on my computer and send me a summary.”
How it helps. Reach your own files and programs on the road, without your computer being open to others.
Your Workspace and Documents in the app
The app is also your Workspace on the PC: your files, calendar, contacts and mail, synced with your computer. With AIDG Documents you open Word, Excel and PowerPoint files on your PC in a European office suite, with AIDG’s AI built in.
You ask“Put last week’s quote in the team folder and make a new version of it.”
How it helps. Everything in one program: no separate office licence, no dragging files back and forth.
Operate websites
The app looks things up, fills in forms and gets them ready in a separate, walled-off browser. For irreversible steps, like sending or ordering, it asks for your go-ahead first, quoting the actual button.
You ask“Fill in the request on this website with the details from my quote.”
How it helps. The retyping is done; you check it and press send yourself.
Scheduled tasks and memory
Capture a recurring job once: an overview every Monday, a report every month. The app runs it at the agreed time and remembers what is going on.
You ask“Every Monday morning, make an overview of the open quotes.”
How it helps. Recurring work runs by itself, even when you do not think of it.
Share workflows, run assistants in parallel
A fixed approach, like “this is how we make a quote”, you capture once and share with your team. Big jobs you split across several assistants working at the same time.
You ask“Use our quote workflow for this request.”
How it helps. Everyone in your team works the same way, without a manual.
Images, video and music
An illustration, a short clip with sound or background music, from the same conversation so it all fits together. Creating happens outside the EU and is therefore off by default; you switch it on yourself in your portal.
You ask“Create a calm illustration for this month’s newsletter.”
How it helps. Images and text in one go, in the same style.
Example: from meeting to quote
Recording
→ Transcribed
→ Action points
→ Quote in Word
→ Email queued
You drop in the recording of the meeting. It gets transcribed, agreements and action points come out, the quote is built in your own Word template and the email sits ready. You press send: the app asks first.
